Alvin has been dabbling with computers since he was 9 years old, with a pass-me-down IBM XT 8088 with a CGA monitor. Fascinated by the GwBASIC interpreter that came with his computer, Alvin progressed from making small programs that send beeping noise to the computer speaker, to calculator programs that calculate areas of shapes to slightly more complex software that runs billing for utility companies.
Alvin has experience with the Microsoft stack, namely SharePoint, SQL Server, .NET Framework and is a full stack developer. Nowadays you can find him meddling with NodeJS, ExpressJS and NoSQL platforms such as MongoDB on FreeBSD and Linux systems.
